Workflow Phases

Phase 1: Initiate Onboard

Objectives:

  • Receive new user request
  • Validate user information
  • Obtain necessary approvals

Steps:

  1. Receive new user request from authorized personnel.
  2. Verify the user's identity and information.
  3. Obtain approval from the appropriate manager or team lead.

Exit Criteria:

  • New user request is approved.
  • User information is validated.

Phase 2: Setup Account

Objectives:

  • Create user account in the E2B system
  • Assign necessary permissions and roles

Steps:

  1. Create a new user account in the E2B system.
  2. Assign the appropriate permissions and roles based on the user's responsibilities.
  3. Ensure the user account is properly configured and ready for access.

Exit Criteria:

  • User account is created and configured.
  • Necessary permissions and roles are assigned.

Phase 3: Provide Access

Objectives:

  • Communicate user account details
  • Provide access instructions

Steps:

  1. Communicate the user's login credentials and access details.
  2. Provide instructions on how to access the E2B system.
  3. Ensure the user has all the necessary information to log in and start using the system.

Exit Criteria:

  • User is informed of their login credentials and access instructions.
  • User is ready to log in and start using the E2B system.

Phase 4: Complete Setup

Objectives:

  • Verify user's successful login
  • Ensure user's understanding of the system

Steps:

  1. Verify that the user can successfully log in to the E2B system.
  2. Provide an overview of the E2B system and its core functionalities.
  3. Ensure the user understands how to navigate and use the system.

Exit Criteria:

  • User can log in to the E2B system.
  • User has a basic understanding of the E2B system and its functionalities.

Phase 5: Onboard User

Objectives:

  • Provide additional training and support
  • Ensure user's readiness to use the E2B system

Steps:

  1. Provide comprehensive training on the E2B system, covering all necessary features and functionalities.
  2. Offer ongoing support and assistance to the user as they familiarize themselves with the system.
  3. Verify that the user is comfortable and confident in using the E2B system.

Exit Criteria:

  • User has received comprehensive training on the E2B system.
  • User is ready to independently use the E2B system.

Success Criteria Checklist
