Workflow Phases

Phase 1: Report Request

Objectives:

  • Receive and document the report request from the stakeholder.
  • Clarify the report requirements, purpose, and timeline.

Steps:

  1. Receive the report request from the stakeholder.
  2. Document the request, including the report title, purpose, requirements, and timeline.
  3. Clarify any ambiguities or additional information needed with the stakeholder.
  4. Confirm the report request details with the stakeholder.

Exit Criteria:

  • Report request is clearly documented and understood.
  • Stakeholder confirms the report requirements and timeline.

Phase 2: Data Gathering

Objectives:

  • Identify the data sources required for the report.
  • Collect and extract the necessary data.

Steps:

  1. Determine the data sources required for the report.
  2. Access the relevant data sources (e.g., E2B system, databases, external systems).
  3. Extract the necessary data and compile it into a format suitable for report generation.

Exit Criteria:

  • All required data is gathered and consolidated.
  • Data is in a format ready for report preparation.

Phase 3: Report Prep

Objectives:

  • Design the report layout and format.
  • Generate the report content based on the gathered data.

Steps:
